Optus in Jonesboro, AR seeks a Services Coordinator- Dispatch to manage service calls and project work for low-voltage and telephony systems. You will act as the central intake point, triage requests, and coordinate technicians, resources, and information to meet commitments.

The role requires strong multitasking, customer focus, and collaboration with field teams, vendors, and internal groups to minimize downtime and deliver excellent service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, logistics, customer support, or related admin role preferred.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and accuracy.
• Proficiency with scheduling/dispatch software; quick learner of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, prioritize, and manage incoming service requests for scheduling and resolution.
• Dispatch and coordinate field technicians based on skills, availability, location, and requirements.
• Schedule service calls, emergencies, projects, and follow-up visits within constraints.
• Serve as primary contact for customers with appointment confirmations and updates.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, vendors, and partners for service delivery.
• Maintain service records, technician updates, and status tracking in systems.
• Monitor progress to support SLA compliance and timely resolutions.
• Escalate critical issues and support Service Managers with urgent dispatch needs.
• Assist in coordinating emergency service requests to minimize downtime.
