Responsibilities include assigning work, tracking status in GLDS, and maintaining clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in dispatch and be proficient with Microsoft Office in a telecom or utilities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or quota management in field services or telecoms.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with dispatch software, workforce management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule jobs efficiently to technicians based on availability, location, and priority.
• Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates and route optimizations to technicians.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with field technicians, supervisors, and customer service teams.
• Use dispatching software (GLDS) to track job status and technician workload.
• Adapt job assignments in response to cancellations, reschedules, or urgent requests.
