Responsibilities

• Dispatch service technicians to locations per customer requests and branch standards.
• Enter service call information into computer systems.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service.
• Relay work orders and information in writing and/or verbally.
• Use GPS programs to monitor locations of service technicians to assist in dispatching calls.
• Assist in processing and billing of service invoices.
