Job summary

Lutron Electronics in Pennsylvania is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support homeowners and professional dealers on Serena Inside Sales and Services, guiding them through product education, selection, quoting and order coordination.

You'll interact via phone, email and chat, act as voice of the customer to resolve issues, and build deep knowledge of Serena shades and Caséta products, with in-office collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required; if less than 5 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer facing role required
• Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product selection to specification and design help to problem resolution
• Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner
• Utilize your creative and “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business
• Build a strong knowledge of our Serena shades and Caséta product offering
