Daisy designs and installs smart home and business automation systems, seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll manage schedules for installs and service calls, support projects, and handle DaisyCare program administration while ensuring equipment moves efficiently through shipping and receiving.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations, administrative coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with basic inventory/shipping processes or willing to learn quickly.
• Proficient with common office/scheduling software; CRM or field service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain calendar for installs, service calls, and technician availability.
• Support project managers with documentation, timelines, and status tracking.
• Manage Daisy Care membership program enrollments, renewals, and inquiries.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming equipment; coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Answer phones and emails; assist with office organization and vendor coordination.
