Job summary

Daisy is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to keep daily activities running smoothly, from scheduling installs and service calls to supporting projects and managing the DaisyCare program.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with shipping/inventory processes. This role offers a collaborative, hands-on team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic inventory/shipping processes or willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; CRM or field service software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the calendar for installs, service appointments, and technician availability.
• Support project managers with documentation, timelines, and status tracking for active installs.
• Manage Daisy Care membership/service plan administration and related tasks.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming equipment; coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Answer phones/emails and assist with vendor coordination and general operations tasks.
