Job summary

EchoStar is seeking technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll visit residences to diagnose issues, demonstrate device use, and ensure a world-class customer experience. Training will be provided to develop hands-on expertise and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physically capable: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
