EchoStar is seeking a skilled Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and offer additional services while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. The role requires travel, flexible scheduling, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build trust.
• Solid problem-solving skills for on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
