Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and upsell related services while maintaining a professional, safe work environment.

As part of a fast-growing team, you’ll receive paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance into other departments. Travel to homes is required, with a company-provided van and tools. Disability and other accommodations are offered per policy.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License; clean driving record preferred
• Schedule flexibility; willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lbs
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
• Teach customers how to use tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
