Job summary

EchoStar is hiring field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on how to use devices and offer additional services when helpful, while maintaining professionalism and a clean work area.

Training is provided and a company van, tools, and uniforms are supplied. Applicants need a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel as needed, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused, able to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and determination to work in varied environments.
• Adaptable to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
