Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field-tech to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You will work independently with a strong team connection, ensuring high-quality service.

The role demands physical capability, schedule flexibility (evenings/weekends), and a customer-first approach as part of a dynamic connectivity company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Schedule flexibility to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physically capable: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude; work independently yet stay connected with the team.
