Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a skilled Home Technician to install and service DISH TV and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will lead installations and educate customers while delivering a world-class service experience.

The role includes paid training, opportunities for career growth, pay raises after 6 months, and a comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and perks like a company van and tools.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required since you will drive a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Flexibility to travel as needed and to work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Strong customer focus to build trust and create a great experience.
• Solid problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
• Demonstration of determination in tight spaces and varied weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
