Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll visit, diagnose issues, and educate customers on how to use their tech, delivering a world-class experience in every visit.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required due to company vehicle travel.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
