Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on use and offer additional services when helpful, maintaining professionalism while working independently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to drive a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Schedule flexibility; travel as needed; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus to build trust and create a great experience.
• Problem-solving to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.
