Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, seeks Field Service Technicians to install smart home technology, assess homes, and upsell upgraded solutions on-site. You'll join a nationally recognized team, receive comprehensive training, a take-home company vehicle with gas card, and a 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in installation or service industries is helpful but not required.
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on customer sites.
• Evaluate homes to recommend upgrades and service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on how to operate their new systems.
• Pursue growth opportunities through coaching and leadership pathways.
