Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is hiring Field Service Technicians to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology while proactively identifying upgrades for customers. You’ll represent a nationally recognized brand and drive customer satisfaction.

The role offers a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions, a take-home vehicle, paid training, and a 4/10 workweek. Benefits include holidays, PTO, 401(k) match, and employee pricing on smart home equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based environments is a plus.
• Strong customer-first attitude and trust-building with diverse clients.
• Experience with installation or service in tech or home-improvement fields is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/licensing checks.

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on customer sites.
• Evaluate homes to upsell upgrades and service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on system use to maximize protection and value.
• Pursue coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.
