Zusammenfassung

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install smart home technology and proactively upsell upgraded solutions. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering secure, connected home experiences and total peace of mind for customers.

The role blends technical installation with consultative sales, offering competitive base pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and a take-home company vehicle. Four 10-hour days with Saturdays are standard.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
