Job summary

Vivint, a leading smart home company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. You will also identify and sell upgraded solutions during on-site visits, becoming the face of Vivint in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced home-automation environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate homes and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on how to use their new system to ensure peace of mind.
• Grow with ongoing coaching and leadership development within a national organization.
