Job summary

Vivint is hiring Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology and to identify opportunities to upgrade equipment and services on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering smart home security and automation with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

The role offers paid training, a company vehicle for work, and a path toward leadership within a nationally recognized team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Growth through coaching and leadership training to move up within the national organization.
