Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technologies while proactively identifying upgraded solutions for customers. You will be the face of Vivint, combining technical work with sales opportunities to deliver peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based environments is a plus.
• Strong customer rapport and integrity.
• Technical aptitude with home automation or security systems is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Perform on-site assessments and consultatively sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system usage to ensure protection and satisfaction.
• Pursue coaching and leadership training to advance within the national organization.
