Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology while identifying upgrade opportunities on-site with customers. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering technical excellence and consultative sales to enhance home security and automation.

This role includes a 4/10 schedule with a take-home company vehicle, gas card for work use, paid training, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong rapport-building skills.
• Technical install/troubleshooting experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices (cameras, locks, automation).
• Evaluate homes and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on system operation and safety.
