Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology, while identifying opportunities to upsell upgraded solutions. You will act as the face of Vivint, delivering cutting-edge security cameras, smart locks, and home automation at customer sites.

The role offers a competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, a take-home company vehicle and gas card, paid training, and a 4/10 workweek with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Sales-minded, customer-focused professional.
• Technical aptitude in home automation or related installs helpful.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Consult with customers to upsell upgrades and service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system operation and safety, and support growth within the national team.
