Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology while identifying upgrade opportunities. You will be the face of the company, driving sales at the customers’ homes and delivering peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset: experience in retail, B2C, or service sales is a plus.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build trust across diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in home services or related installations is helpful.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; pass background/licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate homes and perform consultative on-site sales to upgrade equipment or service plans.
• Educate homeowners on system use to maximize protection and value.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership development within a national organization.
