Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install smart home technology and proactively upsell upgraded solutions, delivering peace of mind to customers nationwide. You will be the face of Vivint, combining technical expertise with consultative sales in homes.

We offer total compensation with uncapped commissions, comprehensive paid training, a take-home company vehicle and gas card, and a 4/10 workweek.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on how to use new systems to protect their families.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
