Job summary

Vivint is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and upsell upgraded solutions at customer sites. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering technical service and consultative sales with a focus on safety, security, and customer satisfaction.

You will train with comprehensive programs, receive a company vehicle for work use, and operate on a 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras and smart home systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on using their new system to protect their families.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership training.
