Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrade opportunities. You will be the face of Vivint, combining technical work with consultative sales for total peace of mind.

The role offers a base hourly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, a company vehicle and gas card, and a 4/10 work schedule including Saturdays. Tools and licensing are provided; strong growth potential is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or B2C is a strong advantage.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport and trust.
• Technical aptitude in installation or service of home tech is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation.
• Evaluate homes to recommend equipment upgrades and service enhancements on-site.
• Educate homeowners on system use to protect their families.
• Grow with coaching and leadership training in a national organization.
