Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgraded solutions on-site. You will represent the brand as the face of Vivint, delivering security features and home automation with a consultative sales approach.

You will install, service, and troubleshoot devices, educate homeowners on system use, and capitalize on growth opportunities through ongoing coaching and leadership

Qualifications

Sales experience in retail, B2C or service-based sales is a plus.
Customer-first attitude and rapport-building are essential.
Technical aptitude with field installation knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
Pursuing growth opportunities through coaching and leadership training within the national organization.
