NRG Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology at customer sites. You will identify upgrade opportunities, demonstrate products, and educate customers on system usage to ensure peace of mind.

A strong sales mindset and technical aptitude are valued as you work with a national team. You will receive thorough training, a company vehicle, and a schedule promoting work-life balance, with 4/10 weeks and Saturdays included.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Driver's license and clean driving record; ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and security systems on customer sites.
• Conduct consultative selling to identify upgrades and service enhancements.
• Educate customers on how to use new equipment to protect their home and family.
• Pursue coaching and leadership development within a national organization.
