Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology while identifying upgrades on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering security cameras, smart locks, and automation solutions.

Formación

• Sales experience in retail or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport across diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in installation/repair of electronics is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, home automation.
• Consultative sales: evaluate homes to recommend upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on using their system to enhance safety.
• Receive coaching to advance within the organization.
