Qualifications

• A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude with exposure to installation or service roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices in customer homes.
• Consultative Sales: Assess homes and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Customer Education: Train homeowners on using their new system to protect their families.
