Vivint Smart Home is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting‑edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrade opportunities. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering on-site installations and expanding our national presence.

A strong sales mindset and customer-focused approach are essential. In this role you will receive comprehensive paid training, a take-home company vehicle, and a structured path for growth within NRG Energy’s Vivint team.

Qualifications

• A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude: experience in cable or satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Technical Excellence: Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative sales: Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Customer education: Training homeowners on how to use their new system to help protect their families.
• Growth: Coaching and leadership training to advance within our national organization.
