Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is hiring Field Service Technicians to install smart home technology and proactively identify upgrades, acting as the face of Vivint to customers. You will protect and connect homes with security cameras, smart locks, and automation solutions.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and perks such as a company vehicle, gas card, and ongoing career development within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based roles is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude for installation and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to pass background/licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home equipment on-site.
• Evaluate customer homes and upsell upgrades where appropriate.
• Educate customers on using their new system for protection.
• Work with coaching and leadership development opportunities.
