Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology while proactively identifying and selling upgraded solutions. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering security and home automation with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or B2C sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Technical experience in installation, service, or related fields is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system for protection and convenience.
• Grow professionally through coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
