Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service cutting-edge smart home tech while promoting upgrades to customers on-site.

You will be the face of Vivint, combining technical work with consultative sales to ensure total customer peace of mind. A strong sales mindset and customer-first attitude are essential, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Experience in installation or service roles is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices.
• Evaluate homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on using their new system to protect their families.
