Job summary

Vivint, an NRG-owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology and proactively identify upgrades during customer visits. You’ll represent a nationally recognized brand with robust training and support.

The role blends technical installation with consultative sales, offering a four-day work week and a take-home company vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or aptitude beneficial.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Comfort with learning and explaining technology to customers.
• Proven ability to work independently in a field environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Evaluate homes to recommend upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system operation and safety best practices.
• Pursue growth opportunities through coaching and national programs.
