• Experience in retail, B2C or service-based sales is advantageous.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Technical exposure to installation or home tech is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer homes.
• Evaluate homes and upsell upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on system use to ensure protection and satisfaction.
• Grow through coaching and leadership development within a national organization.
