Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You will work independently at times, while staying connected with the team to ensure quality service.

The role includes training, potential career growth, and a benefits package. You’ll drive a company vehicle to customer sites and must be flexible for travel and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; driving a company vehicle to customer sites is essential.
• Willingness to travel; ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and stay connected with the team while working independently.
