Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a customer-facing Technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and introduce clients to new technology.

You will teach customers how to use the systems, maintain a professional appearance, and work with a team while traveling to diverse locations. The role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, a company van, tools, uniforms, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel; flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
