Job summary

Dish Network Corporation is seeking a skilled technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You will work independently with support from the team to ensure a superb customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to work evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services.
