Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You’ll work independently with a strong team connection, delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and connected with the team.
