Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Field Service Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.

You’ll maintain a clean, professional work area while working independently but staying connected with the team. The role requires travel flexibility, safety awareness, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required due to driving a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lbs.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and create a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.
