EchoStar is hiring a Field Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate clients on usage and explore add‑on services, while maintaining a clean, professional approach and working both independently and with the team.

The role emphasizes customer experience, safety, and the ability to travel to different homes, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts incl evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; must meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
