Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on device use and promote additional services while maintaining a professional, independent yet connected approach.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer interaction across shifts, with paid training and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license due to driving a company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
