Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and help customers understand how to use their technology. You’ll work independently in customers’ homes while staying connected with the team to ensure quality service.

We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. You’ll travel as needed, with a company van, tools, and uniforms provided. Salary is $22.50 per hour with performance-driven raises.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work shifts evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused and able to solve problems on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently but connected with the team.
