Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Technician to visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate users on operation. You may travel to multiple homes within your region while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to handle changing tasks and environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain professionalism while working independently and with the team.
