Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes, providing hands-on support and education. You will travel to client sites, maintain a clean, professional workspace, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Schedule flexibility; ability to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical capability: climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle a variety of on-site challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and varying weather conditions.
