Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Field Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll travel to residential locations, educate customers on their new tech, and build a positive, long-lasting customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes.
• Teach customers to use their tech and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work independently while staying connected with the team.
