Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to install and service DISH and smart home products in customers' homes across the United States. You’ll diagnose issues, educate customers on using new devices, and promote compatible services, all while delivering a world-class experience.

Training is provided; you’ll work with a supportive team, earn competitive hourly pay with raises and bonus potential, and enjoy comprehensive benefits and company vehicles when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently but connected with the team.
