Job summary

EchoStar seeks a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and available services while maintaining a clean, professional appearance and collaborating with the team to ensure a top-tier customer experience.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, flexibility for travel and various shifts, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, lifting up to 70 lbs and meeting 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
