Job summary

EchoStar is expanding its field team to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will teach customers how to use the technology and explore additional services as needed.

Expect a role that requires driving to sites, staying adaptable to schedules, and maintaining a professional presence while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and stay connected with the team.
